Hello JK parents!

It was rainy day to day, but we had a lot fun learning more about mammals and measurement.
We started our day off with a Spring Fundraiser assembly and because our school had already raised $3, 000, a few students who donated pledge money got to wrap a teacher with toilet paper!
Daily 5-The students had the opportunity to explore books individually or with a partner.
Language/UOI-The Jk's were able to match animal tracks with the correct mammal, we used picture and word cards to practice our reading skills and printed in our Journals.
Math-We learned more about measurement and sizes with a Big and Small activity.  Each student got the chance to classify if their picture of an object was Big or Small.
