I hope everyone enjoyed their holidays! We were all so excited to come back to school and share all our experiences during our time off.
In the next few weeks we will be focusing on Transportation, lower case letters and Geometry. To assist the students with exploring more about our central idea, I would like each of the parents to bring in or email a picture of each of your children riding some types of transportation (example: car, bike, walking, running, airplane, etc.). Please bring in or email photos by the end of the week!
Daily 5-The students were engaged in centers and created short words using picture, word cards and letter blocks.
French-Ms. Hou taught the students new french words that were related to transportation.
Language-Each student had the opportunity to share and draw a picture about their "winter break."
Math-The students collaborated in groups, exploring math centers.
Reminders:
-Transportation photo to be handed in by Friday, January 13th.
-International Day is on Friday, January 20th.
